蜂针经穴疗法配合“蜂针减毒增效口服液”治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂针经穴疗法配合"蜂针减毒增效口服液"治疗类风湿关节炎发生肿胀及瘙痒等过敏反应的情况及其临床疗效。方法:将60例类风湿关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例采用蜂针经穴疗法配合"蜂针减毒增效口服液"治疗,对照组30例仅采用蜂针经穴疗法,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:观察组肿胀及瘙痒的发生机率均低于对照组(均P<0.01),差别均具有统计学意义。观察组总有效率80%,对照组总有效率73.33%,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:蜂针经穴疗法配合"蜂针减毒增效口服液"治疗类风湿关节炎,不仅减轻了其肿胀及瘙痒等毒副作用,而且提高临床疗效,值得进一步研究并推广。Objective： To observe the allergic reactions such as swelling,itching,and the clinical effect of Bee- biting acupuncture combined with Bee- needle Attenuated Synergistic Oral Liquid to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. In observation group 30 cases were treated by Bee- biting acupuncture combined with Bee- needle Attenuated Synergistic Oral Liquid therapy,while in control group patients were only received Bee- biting acupuncture. Evaluate the therapeutic effect after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The incidences of swelling and itching were lower in observation group than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The differences were highly significant. The total effective rate of observation group was 80% and was higher than 73. 33% in control group. The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The therapy can not only reduce the allergic reactions such as swelling and itching,but can also enhance the clinically curative effect,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
