活血通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 应用Meta分析的方法分析活血通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛是否有效及安全。方法 电脑查阅Cochrane试验资料库（2016年第1期）、Embase（1966年至2016年3月）、Pubmed（1966年至2016年3月）、中国学术文献总库（CNKI）（1979年至2016年3月）、中文科技期刊数据库（1989年至2016年3月）、万方数字期刊库（1981年至2016年3月）,根据入选与剔除原则筛选文献、评价文献质量,从文献中提取相关数据,应用Rev Man 5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果 初步检索出129篇文献,根据选取标准共有4篇文献符合。从症状疗效来分析：χ-2=7.91,df=3,P=0.05,合并OR=4.92,95%CI[2.38,10.16],Z=4.30（P〈0.0001）;从心电图疗效来分析：χ-2=1.10,df=3,P=0.78,合并OR=1.97,95%CI[1.14,3.39],Z=2.43（P=0.01）。结论 活血通脉胶囊在缓解症状及改善心电图方面效果更好,无明显不良反应。Objective： To approach the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Tongmai Capsule in treating patients with unstable angina （UA）. Methods： The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials （Issue1,2016）,EMbase （1966 to March 2016）,Pubmed （1966 to March 2016）,CNKI （1979 to March 2016）,CBM （1989 to March 2016） ,Wanfang （1981 to March 2016） were searched. Relevant journals and conference proceedings were also hand searched. Then we screened the retrieved studies according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, e- valuated the quality of included studies,and performed Meta analyses by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results： A total of 129 articles were found and 4 of which were finally included. Therapeutic effects of angina peetoris were selected as the study indices, X2=7.91, df=3, P = 0.05, OR=4.92,95%CI [ 2.38,10.16 ],Z = 4.30 （P 〈 0.0001 ）. ECG were selected as the study indices,x2=l.10,df=3,P = 0.78,OR=1.97,95%CI [ 1.14,3.39] ,Z= 2.43 （P = 0.01）. Conclusion： Huoxue Tongmai Capsule is effective and safe to treat patients with unstable angina.
