摘　　要：痛风是一种有明确临床分期的风湿免疫性疾病,临床常伴血尿酸增高,急性关节炎,慢性痛风性关节炎与关节畸形,甚至肾脏损害。西药在治疗上存在局限性,而中医药在改善临床表现和控制病情发展有着重要的作用。本文拟从中医辨证论治角度分析痛风5个阶段的临床表现,分析其病因病机,并予相应的治疗方法,体现中医药强大的优势。Gout is a kind of rheumatic autoimmune disease with a clear clinical stage. Their clinical manifesta- tion is often associated with increased blood uric acid, acute arthritis ,chronic gouty arthritis and joint deformities and kidney damage. Western medicine has limitations on the treatment of it,while traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving clinical symptoms and controlling the condition development. This paper is an analysis of the clinical manifestations of the five stages from the angle of syndrome differentiation and treat- ment in Chinese medicine. It analyzes its etiology and pathogenesis,and gives corresponding treatment methods, reflects the powerful advantage of traditional Chinese medicine.
