冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎药物标准化文献分析与探讨

摘　　要：为优化冬病夏治的穴位贴敷药物治疗变应性鼻炎方案,查阅近20余年来相关文献,从药物的组成、炮制方法、剂形等方面阐述贴敷方法与现状。结果提示,目前国内所应用的冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法组方主要在《张氏医通》白芥子涂法的基础上酌情加减化裁,临床应用广泛,疗效明确。但是由于种种原因,现阶段贴敷药物标准化程度较低,限制了该疗法的推广。本研究从临床应用的穴位贴敷药物的整体思路出发,提出了穴位贴敷药物标准化的建议,以期为正确理解穴位贴敷药物标准化的真正含义和临床应用提供思路。To optimize the protocol of acupoint sticking therapy of treating winter diseases in summer,we com- bined clinical practice of scientific researches. We also reviewed two-decade data and put forward the composi- tion of the Chinese medicine,the processing method,and the fight formulations to state the method acupoint sticking therapy,and so on. The result showed that the herbal patches for AR were produced based on the Lengxiao formula, as recorded in the Zhang Shi Yi Tong, but there were many variatins in the prescriptions of the medicinal herbal patches in the treatment of AR.These prescriptions were reported to be the most commonly used and curative effect to be clear in clinical trials. However,due to various reasons,the present acupoint sticking medical drugs standardization degree was low, primarily to limit the application of this therapy. Additionally this study was important in that it might improve the standardization of acupoint prescription, and we hope to facilitate the develonment of grassroots feasible medical teehnology.
