摘　　要：通过阐述德国固体垃圾管理政策,分析固体垃圾总产生量与国内生产总值之间关系;介绍德国城市固体垃圾产生量现状,以探讨垃圾管理立法对城市垃圾处理的推动作用;分析德国城市固体垃圾管理对提高我国固体垃圾管理工作具有的借鉴意义。Through the elaboration of municipal solid waste management policy in Germany,the relationship between solid waste total quantity and gross domestic product was analyzed. The production of the municipal solid waste was introduced to discuss the promoting effect of waste management legislation to municipal solid waste treatment. The reference significance from municipal solid waste management in Germany to improve China＇s municipal solid waste management was analyzed.
