摘　　要：介绍了日本实施生活垃圾收费制度的法律依据、生活垃圾的收费现状、收费类型和收费方式,分析了垃圾收费后的垃圾减量效果,并从法律法规、收费标准和收费方式以及宣传教育方面提出了对我国探索城市生活垃圾收费改革的启示。We introduced the legal basis of implementation of municipal solid waste charge system in Japan,its current implementation situation,charge types and methods. The waste reduction effect after charge collection was analyzed. The enlightenment of municipal solid waste charge reform in China was proposed from the aspects of law,charge standards and methods.
