精子DNA损伤与染色体多态性关系初探

摘　　要：目的探讨染色体多态性与精子DNA损伤的关系。方法对男性不育伴有精子DNA完整性指数异常患者进行染色体核型分析。结果 65例男性不育伴DFI异常患者中检出染色体多态性4例,占全部受检者的6.15%,高于普通群体染色体多态性发生率(2.6%)。结论染色体多态性可能与男性生殖异常有关,与精子DNA损伤亦可能存在一定关系。Objective：To study the relationship between sperm DNA damage and chromosomal polymorphism. Methods：The cytogenetic karyotypes analysis was performed when this male infertile patient contained abnormal sperm DNA fragmentation index（DFI）. Results：In the 65 cases of male infertile patients who contained abnormal DFI,4（6.15%）cases with chromosomal polymorphism were detected,which showed higher morbidity than ordinary samples（2.6%）. Conclusion：Chromosomal polymorphism may be related with male infertility,also may be related with sperm DNA damage.
