摘 要:目的应用高分辨率血流成像(high definition flow,HDF)技术对胎儿腹部静脉系统进行显示,探讨HDF在胎儿腹部静脉系统中的应用价值。方法根据胎儿腹部静脉系统三平面扫查法,采用HDF技术对300例正常胎儿脐静脉、静脉导管、下腔静脉、肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉进行显像,并与彩色多普勒显像进行对比。结果 CDFI及HDF对脐静脉、下腔静脉的显示率均100%;CDFI静脉导管显示率96%(289/300),HDF静脉导管显示率99%(296/300);CDFI肝静脉显示率87%~89%,HDF肝静脉显示率98%;CDFI门静脉的显示率42%~47%,HDF门静脉的显示率93%;CDFI脾静脉显示率35%,HDF脾静脉显示率82%;肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉显示率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 HDF技术可清晰显示胎儿腹部静脉系统,在肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉的显像优势明显,对胎儿腹部解剖定位及研究静脉系统变异、畸形有重要意义。Objective:To apply high definition flow(HDF) technology in displaying fetal abdominal venous system and investigate the value of HDF in fetal abdominal venous system. Methods:According to the fetal abdominal venous system three plane scan method,HDF technology was performed on 300 cases of normal fetal to develop umbilical vein,ductus venosus,inferior vena cava,hepatic vein,portal vein and splenic vein,compared with color doppler flow imaging. Results:Development rate of umbilical vein and inferior vena cava was 100% in the use of both CDFI and HDF,which was 96%(289/300) of CDFI venous catheter,99%(296/300) of HDF venous catheter,87%~89% of CDFI hepatic vein,98% of HDF hepatic vein,42%~47% of CDFI portal vein,93% of HDF portal,35% of CDFI splenic vein,and 82% of HDF splenic vein. Among which,the detection rate of hepatic vein,portal vein,and spleen vein showed significant statisticaldifference(P〈0.05). Conclusion:HDF technology was able to clearly showing fetal abdominal venous system,especially in the hepatic vein,portal vein,and spleen vein,which indicated highly importance in research of abdominal anatomical localization,venous system variation,and deformity in fetus.
