麦肯基疗法在颈型颈椎病患者日常生活动作改善及复发预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察麦肯基疗法在颈型颈椎病患者日常生活动作改善及复发预防中的应用.方法 选取2013年2月至2015年1月收治的106例颈型颈椎病患者为研究对象,抽签随机法均分为观察组和对照组,对照组行腹针针刺治疗,观察组行麦肯基疗法配合腹针针刺进行治疗,两组均持续治疗6周.观察两组治疗后患者日常生活动作改善情况,采用颈椎功能障碍指数量表（NDI）进行评估,同时观察两组治疗后颈椎病复发概率.结果 治疗后两组NDI评分均显著小于治疗前,且治疗后2、4、6周观察组NDI评分[（0.21±0.08）、（0.16±0.06）、（0.09±0.04）分]均显著小于对照组（P〈0.05）.治疗后观察组复发率（3.77％）显著低于对照组（15.09％）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 麦肯基疗法能够显著改善颈型颈椎病患者日常生活动作,同时在预防病情复发方面具有显著优势.Objective To observe the application of Mackenzie therapy in improving activities of daily living and preventing recurrence in patients with cervical spondylopathy.Methods One hundred and six patients with cervical spondylopathy from February 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by random sampling method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group underwent abdominal acupuncture treatment while the observation group underwent Mackenzie therapy combined with abdominal acupuncture treatment.Both of the two groups were treated for 6 weeks.The improvement activities of daily living in the two groups after treatment was observed.The neck disability index scale （NDI） was used for evaluation.Meanwhile,the probability of recurrence of cervical spondylopathy in the two groups after treatment was observed.Results After treatment,the NDI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.In 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment,the decrease of NDI score in the observation group [（0.21 ±O.08）,（0.16 ±0.06）,（0.09 ±0.04）scores] was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group （3.77%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （15.09%,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Mackenzie therapy can significantly improve daily activities of patients with cervical spondylopathy,and it also has significant advantages in preventing the recurrence of disease.
