摘  要:目的探讨HBs Ag阳性患者行IVF-ET治疗对早期胚胎发育及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取在我院生殖中心接受常规黄体期长方案行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的不孕不育夫妇,以夫妇双方至少一方血清HBs Ag检测结果为阳性的124对夫妇为实验组,以夫妇双方血清HBs Ag检测结果均为阴性的316对夫妇为对照组,回顾性分析两组间受精情况、早期胚胎发育情况及妊娠结局间差异。结果实验组和对照组组间年龄、不育年限、基础FSH、GN用量等基础情况均无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组间受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、种植率、临床妊娠率也均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 HBs Ag阳性患者行IVF-ET治疗对早期胚胎发育及妊娠结局均无显著性影响。Objective:To investigate the effects of HBs Ag positive in patients on the early stage embryonic development and pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET cycles. Methods:Reproductive center in our hospital to accept the routine luteal phase rectangular case undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation(IVF-ET) in the treatment of infertile couples and couples at least one serum HBs Ag detection results for the positive of 124 couples as the experimental group to couple serum HBs Ag detection results were negative 316 couples as control group,were retrospectively analyzed between the two groups of fertilization,early embryonic development and pregnancy outcome differences. Results:the experimental group and control group between the age,duration of infertility,basal FSH,GN dosage were not statistically different(P 0.05);between the two groups in the fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high-quality embryo rate,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate also had no significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion:HBs Ag positive patients who underwent IVF-ET treatment on early embryonic development and pregnancy outcomes were not significantly affected
