摘  要:目的 研究2型糖尿病患者前额叶氢质子磁共振波谱(^1H-MRS)的特点.方法 随机选取2013年2月至2015年1月32例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,另选取同期健康志愿者30例为对照组.采用1 H-MRS检测前额叶的N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)和肌酸复合物(Cr).结果 研究组双侧前额叶NAA/Cr值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组双侧前额叶Cho/Cr值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者存在前额叶神经元的代谢异常.Objective To identify the metabolite levels on prefrontal cortex in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by ^1H-MRS.Methods Thirty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected as research group from February 2013 to January 2015,and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.1 H-MRS was given to all the subjects on prefrontal cortex.The ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr were determined.Results In the bilateral prefrontal cortex,the NAA/Cr ratio of research group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05),the Cho/Cr ratio of research group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Abnormal metabolism of neurons on prefrontal cortex in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
