胚胎培养液中血管内皮生长因子的水平与胚胎质量的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗患者胚胎培养液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平与不同发育阶段胚胎质量的关系。方法留取第3天卵裂期及第5-6天囊胚期的胚胎培养液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测培养液中VEGF的水平。结果 1囊胚期胚胎培养液中VEGF水平明显高于卵裂期胚胎培养液中VEGF水平(P<0.05)2在第3天卵裂期胚胎中,具有胚胎质量较好的Ⅰ级胚胎对应的胚胎培养液中VEGF水平比胚胎质量稍差的Ⅱ级对应的胚胎培养液中VEGF水平明显低,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。3不同质量囊胚胚胎培养液中VEGF水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论胚胎培养液中VEGF的水平可以作为预测胚胎质量的参考指标之一。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in embryo culture medium and the quality of embryos in different developmental stages in vitro fertilization embryo transfer（IVF-ET）. Methods：Embryo culture mediums were obtained on the third day cleavage stage and 5-6 days blastocyst stage.Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect VEGF in embryo culture mediums. Results：（1） The level of VEGF in embryos cultures mediums were significantly higher in blastocyst stage than that in cleavage stage（P 0.05）.（2） The level of VEGF in embryo culture medium was statistically significant lower in gradeⅠ embryo than grade Ⅱ embryo in the third day cleavage stage embryos（P〈0.01）.（3） There was no significant difference about of VEGF level in cultures mediums between different quality blastocyst embryo（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The level of VEGF in embryo cultures medium can be used as one of predictors of embryo quality.
