辅助生殖技术中冷冻胚胎处置的伦理思考

摘　　要：目的探讨辅助生殖技术施行过程中产生的剩余冷冻胚胎处置的伦理问题。方法回顾分析2010年4月至2014年12月期间进行冷冻胚胎销毁的294个实例,统计分析胚胎销毁的数量、进行胚胎销毁的原因等。结果共有294对夫妇进行胚胎销毁处理,共销毁胚胎1789枚;胚胎销毁原因中,离婚占3.1%,已生育占89.1%,转院治疗占1.4%,放弃治疗4.1%,胚胎解冻后夫妇意见不统一0.7%,疾病原因0.3%,不明原因1.4%。结论患者夫妇对冷冻胚胎有处置权,人类早期胚胎的保存、植入、销毁、捐献科研等处置,均须由患者夫妇双方共同决定,生殖中心无权违背患者夫妇双方的意愿进行胚胎的各种处置。辅助生殖医学专家应进一步研究冷冻胚胎处置的伦理问题,完善冷冻胚胎处置的操作流程。我国冷冻胚胎处置的相关立法仍未健全,相关部门应参考各国经验,尽早完善早期胚胎的相关法律。Objective：To investigate the ethical issues of remaining frozen embryos in assisted reproductive technology treatment. Methods：294 cases of frozen embryo destruction from our assisted reproductive technology centre were recruited.A retrospective analysis was performed for investigate the quantity and the reason of embryo destruction. Results：294 pairs of couples were recruited,and the total amount of the destroyed embryos were 1789. The reason analysis of embryo destruction respectively were：3.1% for divorced,89.1% for no fertility requirements,1.4% for referral treatment,4.1% for treatment abandoning,0.7% for handle different opinions on disposal of the embryos,0.3% for other disease,1.4% for unknown reasons. Conclusion：The patients couples have the right of dispose the embryos. Every disposal of the embryos have to be decided by the couple together,and the assisted reproductive technology centre have no right to interfere the disposal of the embryos.ART experts should investigate the ethical issues of the disposal of frozen embryos,and improve the process.There are no wholesome and relevant laws in our country,thus,laws about disposal of embryos should be improved as soon as possible.
