稳心颗粒对永久性房颤患者血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨稳心颗粒对永久性房颤患者血清炎症因子超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的影响.方法 选择2012年9月至2014年12月就诊的72例永久性房颤患者,随机分为稳心颗粒组和对照组,每组36例,分别接受3个月的稳心颗粒联合常规治疗和单独常规治疗.测量两组治疗前后的心室率和血压,采集晨起空腹静脉血检测hs-CRP和IL-6的水平.结果 两组治疗前后血压比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）,稳心颗粒组心率与对照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;稳心颗粒组hs-CRP、IL-6水平与对照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 稳心颗粒联合常规治疗可显著减低心室率,降低hs-CRP、IL-6水平,可通过降低炎症反应改善房颤患者的血栓前状态,降低患者血栓栓塞的风险.Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin granules on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in the patients with permanent atrial fibrillation.Methods Seventy-two patients with permanent atrial fibrillation were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,with 36 cases in each group.Under the conventional therapy,the treatment group also received Wenxin granules for 12 weeks.The changes of ventricular rate,blood pressure and blood plasma level of hs-CRP,IL-6 before and after treatment were observed.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.The heart rate of treatment group was lower after treatment than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The blood plasma levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 of treatment group were lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Wenxin granules can reduce ventricular rate,the blood plasma levels of hs-CRP and IL-6,improve the pro-thrombus state.Wenxin granules maybe have important effect on preventing thrombotic formation.
