摘 要:无线随钻仪器用电磁阀是泥浆脉冲发生器驱动组件中的核心部件,其性能的好坏决定着泥浆脉冲发生器的性能。因此,掌握电磁阀结构参数对其性能的影响,可为电磁阀的设计研究提供理论依据和参考。根据无线随钻仪器使用的泥浆脉冲器电磁阀使用条件,在井下高温、高压环境下,提出了泥浆脉冲器电磁阀结构设计方案。并根据电磁阀的相关设计要求,利用电磁学和电磁铁设计理论对电磁阀结构参数进行设计计算,得到了电磁阀动铁芯直径、线圈外径、线圈内径、单根导线铜截面直径、单根漆包线直径、线圈长度、线圈匝数等参数,确定了满足设计要求的电磁阀基本结构参数。Electromagnetic valve was the vital component in mud pulse generator drive component of wireless while drilling instrument. The performance of electromagnetic valve was good or bad profoundly influenced the performance of the mud pulse generator. Therefore, to master the performance which influenced by structural parameters of electromagnetic valve provided a theoretical basis and reference guide for the design of electromagnetic valve. According to working conditions of the wireless while drilling mud pulse generator electromagnetic valve which was worked in downhole high temperature and high pressure environment, the structure design scheme of the electromagnetic valve was put forward. And in accordance with the relevant design requirements of electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve structure parameters were calculated by using the theory of electromagnetism and electromagnet design. At last, the electromagnetic valve dynamic core diameter, coil diameter of in and out, single conductor copper cross-sectional diameter, single wire diameter ,coil length, coil number of turns were determined to meet the design requirements of the electromagnetic valve basic structure parameters.
