维生素B12生产废水脱氮工艺初探

摘  要:以维生素B12生产废水厌氧处理出水为研究对象,对中试规模单级A/O系统的脱氮效果进行了考察。在此基础上,以氨氮及总氮处理达标为目标,进行了二级A/O联用后置反硝化的工艺调整探索。单级A/O运行111天的结果表明,氨氮去除率约89%,总氮去除率仅约16%,单级A/O难以满足脱氮要求,该废水生物抑制性较强且所含有机物不适合作为反硝化碳源。调整为二级A/O并联用后置反硝化运行19天后,氨氮去除率达到96%,总氮去除率达到91%,满足达标要求。On the basic of the nitrogen removal capacity of single A/O system for vitamin B12 effluent after anaerobic treatment was investigated, the strategy of two-stage A/O system combined with post-denitrification was adjusted for purpose of ammonia and total nitrogen removal being up to emission standard. After single A/O system being operated for 111 days, ammonia removal rate was 89 percent and total nitrogen removal rate was only 16 percent suggested inability of single A/O system for nitrogen removal probably due to strong inhibition and. Afterwards, adjusted two-stage A/O system combined with post-denitrification was operated for 28 days. The ammonia and total nitrogen removal rate reached to 96 percent and 91 percent, well up the emission standard.
