摘 要:离子交换树脂广泛应用于水处理,用于气相净化研究极少。本文开展了强酸性阳离子树脂对微量氨和一乙醇胺的吸附研究,结果表明:该树脂氨吸附容量达1.2mmol/mL,吸附类型为化学吸附,对微量氨和一乙醇胺等极性小分子吸附效果良好,且在吸附饱和氨的情况下对一乙醇胺吸收效率保持在80%以上。Ion exchange resin is widely for use in water-treatment technologies, however, the research of ion exchange resin for air purification is rare. In this paper the cation exchange resins was investigated for the deep purification of gases with low concentrations of NH3 and MEA. The results indicated that the absorption capacity of NH3 is 1.2 mmol mL-1. The resin, which captures NH3 by chemical absorption, shows good absorption effect of both NH3 and MEA. Furthermore, in the case of saturated absorption of NH3, the absorption efficiency of MEA is still more than 80%.
