摘 要:以扩压器为研究对象,针对其结构特点,利用ANSYS Workbench平台建立了有限元模型。依据扩压器实际工况,对其进行静态强度分析,获得了应力分布及变形情况。根据所得结果,以多目标驱动优化方式对扩压器进行优化设计。在满足给定的强度条件下,使扩压器的重量显著减小。研究结果对扩压器轻量化设计具有一定指导意义。The diffuser was taken as the object of study and the finite element model was established based on structural features taking advantage of ANSYS workbench. According to the actual work condition of the diffuser, the structural static analysis was performed. Also the distribution of stress and deformation was obtained. Based on the results obtained, multi-objectives and multi-parameters optimization was taken. On the condition of meeting given strength, the mass of diffuser was greatly reduced. The research results had certain guiding significance for the diffuser lightweight design.
