摘　　要：1986年后,我国北方多个省份出现了恙虫病的暴发或流行,各地随之开展了多项研究。在检索、复习国内有关恙虫病文献报道的基础上,作者按各省的发病情况和研究结果进行了归类,概述了目前国内恙虫病的地理分布和各省的研究现状,并提出今后开展研究工作的建议。Around 1986, there was outbreak or epidemic of tsutsugamushi disease in the northern provinces of China. Following that, a number of investigations were carried out. Here an overview of the geographical distribution and general situation on tsutsugamushi disease in China was summarized.
