基层党组织的政治功能:模式、误区、路径

摘　　要：基层党组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,集中体现着党的政治性质。它除了为党承担历史使命创造条件、推动发展、为实现党的最高理想和最终目标凝聚力量、促进和谐等基本政治功能外,还因其在党组织中的特殊位置和特殊任务而具有特殊的政治功能。但是,在现实工作中,对基层党组织政治功能的认识还存在一定误区,影响基层党组织政治功能的发挥。因此,在分析这些误区的基础上,提出走出误区、坚守基层党组织政治功能的五大举措,并从基层党组织本身的发展出发,切实发挥基层党组织政治功能。Grassroots Party Organizations construct the foundation of the Party＇s organization structure,from which the Party draws its power. They embody the political nature of the Party. Their serve to create conditions for the Party to assume its historical mission,promote development,unite people around the Party for the realization of the Party＇s highest ideal and ultimate goals,and improve social harmony. In addition,they are endowed with special political functions. In practice,however,there is some misunderstanding of their political functions,which affects their development to reach their greatest potential. Therefore,this paper pointed out and clarified the misunderstanding and proposed five measures to well perform their political functions. Moreover,it suggested a path to fully perform their political functions considering their development.
