摘　　要：加强高校思想政治教育网络话语权的建构既是创新高校思想政治教育的题中之义,也是新形势下加强高校宣传思想工作的必然要求,更是实现网络文化引领、占领网络意识形态高地的必然举措。要加强高校思想政治教育网络话语权的建构,就要把握网络视域下高校思想政治教育话语权的现状,还要结合高校思想政治教育网络话语权的生成机制,分析高校思想政治教育网络话语权的特质,最终探索出高校思想政治教育网络话语权的建构策略。To strengthen the construction of the network discourse power of ideological and political education is not only a new idea of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also the inevitable requirement of strengthening the ideological work of colleges. To strengthen the construction of Ideological and political education network,we should grasp the current situation of the discourse power of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and analyze the characteristics of the network discourse power of ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
