摘  要:目的:探索魏氏伤科经典特色治伤手法"悬足压膝"的运动学规律和治伤机制。方法:选取10名健康青年男性施加手法操作,通过三维运动捕捉系统采集手法作用时受试者的运动学数据,利用Visual 3D软件建立人体三维运动模型,处理计算得到髋关节、膝关节和踝关节的运动角度和轨迹规律。结果:研究发现在手法操作过程中受试者下肢惯用侧部分关节运动角度较对侧差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且受试者双侧髋关节平均被动极限屈曲角度可达到解剖学上髋关节的被动最大角度。结论:魏氏"悬足压膝"手法的治伤机制在于促进髋关节被动运动达到可达最大活动角度,间接起到牵拉神经根、松解侧隐窝及突出椎间盘粘连的作用。Objective:To explore the law and mechanism of kinematics of Wei's manipulation of hanging foot and pressure knee. Methods:Ten healthy young men were selected and applied with manipulation. The kinematics data was captured through 3D motion. The 3D human model was established by Visual 3D software,and then the movement angle and traj- ectory of hip,knee and ankle joint were calculated. Results:The limb joint movement angle of usual side in the course of manipulation was significant different than the other side (P〈0.05). The average bilateral hip flexion angle of the sub- jects could achieve anatomical hip joint passive maximum angle. Conclusions: The mechanism of Wei's manipulation of hanging foot and pressure knee is to promote the hip joint passive movement to achieve the maximum angle,which can in- direct drag nerve root,loosen the lateral recess and adhesion intervertebral disc.
