活血散外敷联合三七化瘀口服液治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血散外敷联合三七化瘀口服液对治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死(Ischemic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head,ANFH)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例,以三七化瘀口服液内服加活血散外敷治疗;对照组30例,仅以三七化瘀口服液内服治疗,治疗期间均嘱患者注意保护性负重。两组均以28d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后比较患者治疗前后的Harris髋关节功能评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者Harris髋关节功能评分与临床总疗效改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七化瘀口服液内服配合活血散外敷治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死疗效满意,优于单纯三七化瘀口服液内服治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on early ischemic osteonecrosis of the femoral head（ANFH） treated with the external application of Huoxue powder. Methods： Using random number table, sixty patients of early ANFH were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty patients in the treatment group took Sanqi Huayu oral liquid combined with external application of Huoxue powder, while the rest patients in the control group only took Sanqi Huayu oral liquid. To prescribe both groups treatment lasting 28 days with three consecutive courses and to enjoin the patients noting protective weight during the treatment. Then the Harris hip function score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared. Results： Difference in Harris hip function score and clinical efficacy were signif- icant compared with that before treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. Sanqi Huayu oral liquid combined with Huoxue powder has satisfactory curative effect and is superior to treatment with only Sanqi Huayu oral liquid in trea- ting early ANFH.
