四妙汤联合通痹膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价四妙汤联合通痹膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性痛风性关节炎患者100例,随机分为两组。治疗组50例,口服四妙汤1剂/d,水煎2次,共取药汁300mL,分2次服用,并用通痹膏外敷患处,2d换药1次;对照组50例,口服依托考昔片,1次/d,120mg,早晨空腹服用。1周为1疗程,观察治疗前后临床症状和血尿酸的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后症状积分均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组症状缓解较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗后血尿酸均较前好转(P<0.01)。两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四妙汤联合通痹膏外敷能有效降低血尿酸和改善临床症状,能有效治疗急性痛风性关节炎。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Simiao decoction combined with Tongbi external application in trea- ting acute gouty arthritis. Methods： 100 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （50 patients） and control group （50 patients）. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Simiao decoction （one dose a day, which was taken decocted with water for 2 times, take medicine juice 300 mL, 2 times to take） combined with Tongbi external application（dressing 1 times in 2 days）. Patients in the control group were treated with Etoricoxib, 120mg/times,ltimes/day, morning fasting. Clinical symptom and uric acid （UA） were observed after one week. Results： After treatment, symptom scores of treatment group and control group were significantly reduced （P〈 0.01）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of UA in the two groups decreased （P〈0.01）. There was no statistical significance between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Simiao decoction combined with Tongbi external application can effectively reduce the uric acid and improve the clinical symptoms. And Simiao Decoction has reliable curative effect on patients with acute gouty arthritis.
