摘  要:以YGKK450-4-1 720 kW-6 kV电机为例,介绍了高功率密度高效率高压三相异步电动机的研制过程及其试验结果。针对高功率密度和高效率等特点,提出了一些应对措施,如对电磁参数、内外风路结构、定转子结构等进行优化和仿真分析。通过试验及与类似电机的对比,说明了优化仿真计算的正确性,以及YGKK450-4-1 720 kW-6 kV电机的先进性。Taking a motor YGKK450-4-1 720 kW-6 kV as an example,the high power density and efficiency design of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors was introduced,and introduce the test result of the motor was introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of such as high power density and efficiency,some corresponding methods were presented,for example,the optimization and emulation of electromagnetism parameters and wind path structure and stator-rotor structure. By making a contrast with the test results and similar motors,explained the correctness of optimization and emulation,the advanced of the motor.
