摘 要:为了使单晶片双折射晶体波片适用于两个激光波长,根据双折射晶体相位延迟器的原理,得到了波片厚度与两个激光波长所需延迟量的关系式,给出了具体的设计方法。针对650nm与780nm两个激光波长制作了样品,进行了实验测试,结果表明:无论是双1/4波片还是650nm 1/4、780nm 1/2波片,延迟量的偏差均小于3°,与理论值相符。若不计较波片的厚度,仅就设计而言,完全可以得到高精度的双激光波长1/4、1/2波片。由此可见,根据本文得到出的设计原理与设计方法,完全可以用常规双折射晶体波片的制作方法得到适用于两个激光波长所需延迟量的波片。In order to make single chip birefringent crystal wave plate apply to two differ ent laser wavelengths,based on the principle of birefringent crystal phase retarder s,the relationship between the thickness of wave plate and the delay of two laser wavelengths is pr ovided,and the concrete design method is given;A sample was produced for t wo laser wavelengthsof 650nm and 780nm. The results show that for the double quarter wave plate,the quarter wave plate a t 650nm and the half wave plate at 780nm,the of the deviations delay are less than 3°,which are in accordance with the theoretical value.If we don′t care ab out the thickness of the wave plate,only in terms of design,the 1/4and 1/2wave plates for double laser wavelengths with high precision can be obtained.Thus,accordint to the design principle and method in t his paper,the wave plate for two laser wavelengths can be achieved by using the production method of conventional birefringent crystal wave plate.Abstract:In order to make single chip birefringent crystal wave plate apply to two different laser wave- lengths,based on the principle of birefringent crystal phase retarders, the relationship between the thick- ness of wave plate and the delay of two laser wavelengths is provided-and the concrete design method is given-A sample was produced for two laser wavelengthsof 650 nm and 780 ran.
