摘 要:目的:测定猪饲料中铜、锌的含量。方法:采集猪饲料0.200 0 g,采用微波消解、火焰原子吸收法检测饲料中铜、锌的含量。结果:饲料中铜、锌含量分别为106.3、245.6μg/g,加样回收率分别为107.0%、95.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.937%、0.577%。结论:饲料中铜、锌的含量均符合国家标准;该法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点,用于实际样品测定的结果令人满意。Objective: in order to determine the content of copper and zinc in pigs feed. Methods: the sample at 0.200 0 g were collected and pretreated by microwave digestion,and then determined the content of copper and zinc by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: the content of copper and zinc in feed were 106.3 μg / g,245.6 μg / g respectively,the recovery for the samples was 107.0%,95.2% respectively,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 2.937%,0.577%.Conclusion: the content of copper and zinc in the both feed conforms with national standards; the method offers advantages of low detection limit,high sensitivity,speedinessand accuracy. The results of the determination of trace elements in samples are satisfactory.
