摘　　要：为加强和规范高效液相色谱柱的管理和维护,延长色谱柱的使用寿命,提高检测分析的工作效率,文章对高效液相色谱柱的实验室规范性管理进行了探讨。首先对色谱柱类型作了简要介绍,从流动相、样品及固定相3个方面详细分析了影响色谱柱使用寿命的原因。再从色谱柱档案的建立、分类存放、领用、启用、柱效评价、故障判断、适用范围信息积累、维护和再生、修复以及报废共10个方面建立了色谱柱实验室管理工作的一般流程。It is studied on standard management of chromatographic columns in a quality testing lab,referring to practical works in test and other people＇s research,so that columns can be maintained properly and used much longer time. This article introduces classification of columns briefly at first,and then analyzed mobile phase,samples,and stationary phase that influence life-time of a column. A standard procedure is set up on how to register,store,get,use,maintain,clean,repair or discard a column,evaluate its performance,decide its conditions,or gather its usage information.
