摘 要:CAN总线电动车窗近些年被越来越多地采用,而国内对该电动车窗系统的可靠性标准却并不明确,其可靠性研究更是少之又少。基于提高CAN总线电动车窗控制系统的可靠性和安全性的目的,本文通过对该电动车窗系统整体结构的可靠性进行定性分析,又对车窗节点的失效率进行了定量分析。同时介绍了基于3种防夹算法的混合控制算法。并给出了故障自诊断功能等电动车窗保护系统的设计,分析结果表明可靠性设计能明显改进电动车窗的具体缺陷,较全面地提高CAN总线电动车窗控制系统的可靠性。Electric windows based on CAN bus are increasingly used in recent years,however reliability standards of the electronic window system are not clear and there are few research on that.Based on the purpose of improving the reliability and safety of the CAN bus electric window control system, the reliability of the overall structure of the window system is analyzed qualitatively in this paper,and the failure rate of the node is analyzed quantitatively.A hybrid control algorithm based on 3 kinds of anti-pinch algorithm is introduced.The design of electric window protection system is presented such as fault self diagnosis function,and the analysis results show that the reliability design can improve the specific defects of the electric window so that can improve the reliability of the CAN bus electric window control system.
