摘　　要：我国自由贸易区取得了积极成果,但仍存在诸多问题和不足,对我国自贸区战略的实施形成了严峻的挑战。为应对这一挑战,我国应制定超前的自贸区战略顶层设计,加快推进上海等国家自贸试验区建设,以深化改革引领国际贸易新规则的制定。China's free trade area construction has achieved positive results,but there are still many problems and shortcomings and has formed the severe challenge to the implementation of China's FTA.To cope with this challenge,China should formulate the top-level design of the FTA strategy and speed up the construction of the FTA to deepen the reform to lead the formulation of new rules of international trade.
