摘 要:国外某电厂拟扩建100 MW级机组,鉴于当地电网脆弱,机组将长期低于额定频率运行。通过分析汽轮机长期低频稳定运行需关注的问题,结合国内汽轮机产品特性和结构技术特点,提出采用135 MW不调频叶片反动式汽轮机选型方案。结果表明:机组长期低频运行时该方案在机组热效率、占地面积、建造成本等方面有一定优势,可供类似工程参考。For a certain overseas power plant to be expanded to the capacity of 100 MW class and operated under long-term low-frequency conditions due to the weak local power grid, an analysis was carried to the steam turbine for stable operation under above conditions. The 135 MW reaction steam turbine with untuned blade was then proposed for the retrofit of unit considering the technical and structural features of domestic steam turbines. Results show that for steam turbines to be operated under long-term low-frequency conditions, the scheme proposed has certain advantages in the aspect of unit thermal efficiency, floor area and construction cost, etc., which may serve as a reference for similar projects.
