摘　　要：针对某M701F型燃气轮机的首次大修进行了工艺分析,介绍了大修的主要流程、施工内容,针对叶顶径向间隙变大、压气机静叶片破损和排气扩压缸裂缝等问题,给出相应处理方案。结果表明:该大修工艺分析正确,处理方案合理,可供类似工程参考借鉴。Process analysis was conducted to the first overhaul of a M701F gas turbine, including the main procedure and construction items. Corresponding countermeasures were proposed for problems found in the overhaul, such as radial clearance out of tolerance, damage of compressor stator blade and cracking of exhaust diffuser, etc. Results show that the overhaul process analysis is reasonable and the treatment measures are effective, which may serve as a reference for overhaul of similar projects.
