摘　　要：以羧甲基-β-环糊精(CM-β-CD)作为手性流动相添加剂,采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸去甲苯福林对映体进行分离研究。系统考察了流动相配比、pH值以及流速对分离的影响。结果表明:流动相中甲醇∶乙腈∶水=15∶70∶15(其中CM-β-CD的浓度为0.6 g/L)、流速=0.2 m L/min、pH=4.25、检测波长为214 nm时,盐酸去甲苯福林对映体的分离度为1.53。Separation of Norfenefrine hydrochloride enantiomers by HPLC was studied using the carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral mobile phase additive. The influences of concentration of the organic modifier, the pH value and the flow rate on the enantiomers separation were investigated systematically. The results show that the mobile phase of methanol∶acetonitrile∶water=15∶70∶15（containing 0. 6 g/L CM-β-CD）, pH=4. 25, at the flow rate of 0. 2 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 214 nm. The resolution of Norfenefrine hydrochloride enantiomer was 1 . 53 .
