摘  要:通过饲喂高脂饲料,建立小鼠营养性肥胖模型,研究羊栖菜中岩藻黄质提取物(SFFE)的减肥作用。实验选取ICR雄性小鼠饲喂高脂饲料为模型组,基础饲料为对照组,建模后分别给予模型高、中、低剂量组3.0、1.5、0.3mg的SFFE/d灌胃,21 d后测定小鼠的体重、Lee,s指数、脏器系数及血清生化指标。结果表明,建立高脂饲料模型组平均增重率达(32.03±2.02)%,体重显著高于基础饲料对照组(P<0.05);饲喂高、中、低剂量SFFE后体重、Lee,s指数显著低于模型空白组小鼠(P<0.05);各模型组与对照组小鼠血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C指标,脏器系数指标均无差异;灌服SFFE高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清中GLU含量均显著低于模型空白组(P<0.05),且与基础饲料对照组无差异(P>0.05)。实验提示SFFE具有良好的减肥、调节血糖功能作用,为SFFE减肥产品开发奠定了理论基础。A nutritional obese mice model fed with hyperlipid diet is constructed. Anti-obesity effect of Sargassum fucoxanthin extract on diet-induced obese mice is studied. ICR male mice fed with hyperlipid diet is selected as model group and that fed with basal diet as control group. The model groups were given SFFE per day by gavage in high,medium and low dose level: 3. 0,1. 5,0. 3 mg respectively. After 21 days mice body weight,Lee' s index,organ index and serum biochemistry were measured. The results showed that the average weight gain rate of model group was( 32. 03 ± 2. 02) %,significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈0. 05);Lee's index of the model group was lower than that of control group significantly( P 〈0. 05). There is no distinct difference between two groups in the following indicators: TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C and organ coefficient. GLU level in sera of mice in model group fed with high,medium and low dose of SFFE was significantly lower than that of mice as blank control in model group( P〈 0. 05) and not different( P〉 0. 05) from the basal diet control group. Results show that SFFE had function of anti-obesity effect,regulating blood sugar and providing some theoretical basis to development of SFFE as weight-loss product.
