不同营养水平日粮对哺乳期安秦杂母牛增重与繁殖及犊牛生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为了研究母牛带犊和犊牛早期补饲相结合养殖方式下,日粮营养水平对哺乳期母牛繁殖性能及犊牛生长发育的影响,试验采用随机设计方法,按照产犊顺序选择体重350 kg产后带犊的安秦杂母牛(安格斯×秦川)24头,随机分为3组,每组8头。按照肉牛饲养标准设定试验Ⅰ组(综合净能35.14 MJ/d、粗蛋白650.94 g/d),试验Ⅱ组(综合净能41.62 MJ/d、粗蛋白766.17 g/d),试验Ⅲ组(综合净能46.58 MJ/d、粗蛋白873.16 g/d)。试验期140 d。结果表明:分娩后3个月,试验Ⅲ组母牛体重显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组犊牛初生重和1,3,4月龄体重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组母牛产后100 d受胎率高于试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组。说明在本试验条件下,安秦杂带犊母牛哺乳期饲喂试验Ⅰ组日粮产后体增重适宜,繁殖性能好,且经济效益明显。To study the effects of dietary nutritional levels on the reproductive performance of lactating cows and growth and development of their calves under a feeding mode of cows with calves combined with early supplementary feeding of calves,a randomized test design was used in the test. Twenty- four Angus and Qinchuan crossbred cows with calves postpartum were selected based on body weight of 350 kg according to calving order,and randomly divided into three groups of eight cows each. The nutrition levels of three test groups were set according to the feeding standards of beef cattle,thereinto,the combined net energy（ NEmf） in the three test groups was 35. 14 MJ / d,41. 62 MJ / d,and46. 58 MJ / d,and the levels of crude protein in the three test groups were 650. 94 g / d,766. 17 g / d,and 873. 16 g / d,respectively. The test period lasted for 140 d. The results showed that body weight of cows in the test group 3 was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05） than that of test group1 for 3 months after delivery; there were no significant differences（ P〉0. 05） in the birth weight of calves and their body weight at 1 month,3 months and 4 months of age among three test groups. The conception rate of test group 1 was higher than that of the test groups 2 and 3 at100 d postpartum. The results indicate that under the conditions of the test,the postpartum weight gain of lactating Angus and Qinchuan crossbred cows fed the diets with the nutritional level of test group 1 is appropriate,which is beneficial to the reproductive performance,and the economic benefits are obvious.
