摘 要:分别针对竖直单U形、双U形地埋管换热器,建立地埋管换热器数学模型。选取工程中常采用的内直径分别为20、26、32mm的单U形地埋管(简称单U20、单U26、单U32)、双U形地埋管(简称双U20、双U26、双U32),在设定条件下进行换热性能模拟分析,筛选管材造价、换热性能相对合理的埋设形式与管径,对合理的钻孔深度进行确定。单U26、双U20、双U26的管材造价、换热性能优势各异,应结合实际条件进行选取,3种地埋管换热器合理的钻孔深度分别为70~120ITI、80~100m、70~110m。Aimed at the vertical single U shaped and double U shaped ground heat exchanger, a mathematical model of ground heat exchanger is built. The single U type buried tube with inner diameters of 20, 26 and 32 mm respectively (hereinafter referred to as single U20, single U26 and single U32) and double U type buried tube (hereinafter referred to as double U20, double U26 and double U32 ) often adopted in engineering are selected to simulate and analyzed the heat transfer performance under the set conditions. The buried form and tube diameter with relatively reasonable tube cost and heat transfer performance are screened to determine the reasonable drilling depth. The advantages of tube cost and heat transfer performance of single U26, double U20 and double U26 are different, and the selection should be made combined with the actual conditions. The reasonable drilling depths of 3 kinds of ground heat exchangers are 70 to 120 m,80 to 100 m and 70 to 110 m,respectively.
