Regional homogeneity of brain in persist somatoform pain disorder:a resting-state functional MRI study

摘  要:目的采用静息态功能磁共振局部一致性(ReHo)技术,观察持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍(PSPD)患者脑局部ReHo值。方法纳入21例以头痛为主要症状的PSPD患者和17例年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照者,所有被试者行静息态功能磁共振,对磁共振数据进行分析得到ReHo结果,然后对比PSPD患者组与健康对照组的差异。结果与健康对照组比较,PSPD患者双侧额叶ReHo值升高,而双侧枕叶、双侧直回、右侧小脑后叶、右侧中央旁小叶、左侧颞中回ReHo值降低(P<0.01)。结论PSPD患者相关脑区神经元活动一致性存在改变,这种改变可能是导致PSPD患者发病的相关因素之一。Objective To observe the regional homogeneity (ReHo) value in the patients of persist somatoform pain disorder (PSPD) by using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI). Methods Twenty-one patients With PSPD with headache as the main symptom and 17 gender- and age-matched healthy controls were included and underwent rs-fMRI and conventional MRI. The rs-fMRI data were analyzed with the ReHo method after data conversion,and the ReHo values were analyzed by two sample t test to derive the resting-state brain function differences between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the PSPD group showed significantly increased ReHo value in the bilateral frontal lobe and decreased ReHo value in the bilateral occipital lobe, bilateral gyrus rectus, right cerebellum posterior lobe, right paracentral lobule,left middle temporal gyrus(P〈 0.01). Conclusion ReHo values of related brain region in PSPD patients are altered,which may be one of the relevant factors causing the pathogenesis of PSPD.
