摘　　要：目的活骨胶囊中淫羊藿苷的测定方法研究。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6×250mm);流动相:乙睛∶水(30∶70);检测波长:270nm。结果在活骨胶囊中淫羊藿苷线性范围为0.101μg^0.909μg(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD为1.98%(n=6)。结论该方法可准确快速地进行定量检测,可用于活骨胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Icariine in Huogu capsule. METHODS DiamonsilTMC18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6mm） was used with acetonitrile-water solution（ 30∶ 70） as mobile phase. The detected wavelength was 270 nm. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0. 101 ~ 0. 909μg（ r = 0. 9996） in Huogu capsule. The average recovery rate was 98. 13% with RSD = 1. 85%（ n= 6）. CONCLUSION The method was fast and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Huogu capsule.
