摘　　要：针对目前新生代农民工在市民化进程中面临的"融城"与"回流"的双重困境,如何顺利、彻底地化解新生代农民工被双重边缘化的难题已成当务之急。为此,一方面要转变观念,打通制度梗阻,提升新生代农民工的自身素质,为其顺利融入城市创造条件;另一方面,应采取措施,合理引导新生代农民工回流建设社会主义新农村。There are double dilemmas for the new generation of migrant workers whether they inhabit city or return countryside.An urgent and important issue is to prevent the new generation of migrant workers from being double marginalized.As far as the issue is concerned,outdated idea should be changed,break system obstruction and improve their own quality of the new generation of migrant workers,so as to meet the conditions for their successful integration into cities.On the other hand,reasonable measures should be taken to guide the new generation of migrant workers back to rural area to build a new socialist countryside.
