摘　　要：传统发制品泡油生产为手工水洗操作,泡油生产的工艺参数如温度、时间和浴比难以得到精确控制,生产效率低且存在较大安全隐患,能源消耗和资源浪费严重。本文根据清洁生产工艺改造要求,采用PLC+触摸屏的分布式控制系统模式,实现发制品泡油清洁生产的自动调控,提高生产效率、增强安全操作性,对传统加工类企业加快经济转型和调结构促发展具有重要的现实意义。Production of hair goods is the traditional manual industry,which has disadvantages of low production efficiency,security risks,energy consumption and serious resource waste because parameters of the process,such as temperature,time and liquor ration,are difficult to control. According to the requirements of cleaner production technology,we use the distributed control system model of PLC and touch screen,which realizes the automatic production of bubble oil in hair products,and which improves production efficiency and enhances the safety of operation. It has important practical significance to traditional processing enterprises in accelerating economic transformation,restructuring and promoting development.
