穴位压豆联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗儿童缓解期哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位压豆联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉对临床缓解期哮喘儿童的疗效以及对其肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法:将115例处于儿童缓解期哮喘患儿随机平均分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组65例采用穴位压豆联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉的方法治疗,对照组50例采用丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗。观察两组患者的疗效、复发情况、治疗前后肺功能及免疫功能的变化情况。结果:1观察组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为64.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2两组治疗后哮喘发作次数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),其中观察组较对照组减少更为显著(P<0.05);3两组患儿经过治疗后第1秒钟用力呼气量与用力肺活量比值(forced expiratory volume in 1 second,FEV1%)和呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)均有明显改善(P<0.05),其中观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05);观察组在经过治疗后最大呼气中期流量(maximum midexpiratory flow,MMEF75/25)较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),对照组在经过治疗后MMEF75/25无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组治疗后MMEF75/25较对照组明显改善;4治疗后,观察组免疫功能明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位压豆联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉能有效控制缓解期哮喘患儿的病情,降低其复发率,并能有效改善其肺功能,提高患儿免疫功能。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint pressing bean therapy combined with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder on the treatment of children with asthma and their effects on lung function and immune function. Methods： 115 cases of children in the convalescent asthmatic children were randomly divided into the observation group of 65 cases and the control group of 50 patients. The observation group was treated by acupoint pressing bean therapy combined with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder,and the control group was given fluticasone propionate inhalation therapy. Observed curative effect,recurrence,lung function changes and immune function before and after treatment of the two groups. Results：（1）The effective rate of the observation group was 92. 3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 64. 0%（ P〈0. 05）;（2）the numbertimes of asthma attack after treatment in the two groups was significantly decreased compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group was more significant than the control group（ P〈0. 05）;（3）the two groups after treatment in children with forced expiratory volume in 1 second（ FEV1%） and peak expiratory flow rate（ PEF） were significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group improved more significantly（ P〈0. 05）; In the observation group after treatment the maximum midexpiratory flow（ MMEF75 /25） was significantly higher than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the control group after treatment there was no significant change in MMEF75 /25（ P〈0. 05）,MMEF75 /25 in the observation group were significantly improved than control group;（4）after treatment,the immune function of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint pressing bean therapy combined with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder can effectively control the remission of asthma in children,reduce the recurrence rate,and effectively
