中西医结合治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察椒目胶囊联合射干麻黄汤和舒利迭及顺尔宁治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将168例病例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各84例。对照组给予常规抗炎、祛痰、解痉以及舒利迭吸入治疗并口服顺尔宁片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用椒目胶囊和射干麻黄汤,疗程均为14 d。分别于疗程结束后评价疗效,比较治疗前和治疗后第14天第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(forced expiratory volume in first second,FEV1%)、呼气流速峰值(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为97.62%,对照组有效率为78.58%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组FEV1%(68.2±4.5)%,对照组为(62.9±4.81)%;观察组PEF(239.1±18.3)L·min^(-1),对照组为(223.1±13.25)L·min^(-1);两组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椒目胶囊联合射干麻黄汤和舒利迭及顺尔宁治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎(冷哮)疗效显著且优于单用舒利迭和顺尔宁。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of inhaled oral the Pepper mesh capsule combined with Sheganmahuang Tang and Seretide（ Salmeterol / Fluticasone propionate inhaler） and Singulair（ Montelukast Sodium Tablets） in treatment of patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis（ cold asthma）. Methods： 168 cases with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two group. The control group was given conventional anti inflammatory,eliminating phlegm,antispasmodic and Seretide inhalation treatment and oral singulair tablets. The treatment group was treated with oral Pepper mesh capsule and Sheganmahuang soup based on the control group. The treatment course of 14 days. After the treatment evaluation of clinical efficacy in 2 groups respectively and tested the lung function＇s FEV1%,PEF before and after treatment in 14 th day,compared them. Results： The total effective of treatment group（ 97. 62%）,and the total efficiency of control group（ 78. 58%）,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,The FEV1% of treatment group was（ 68. 2 ± 4. 5） % and the control group was（ 62. 9 ± 4. 81） % and PEF[（ 239. 1 ± 18. 3） L·min^-1vs（ 223. 1 ± 13. 25） L·min^-1]had statistical significance in both of two groups between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Pepper mesh capsule combined with Sheganmahuang Tang and Seretide and Singulair is significantly better than Seretide and Singulair for chronic asthmatic bronchitis（ cold asthma）.
