从火热病机论大黄黄连泻心汤在糖尿病中的应用

摘　　要：基于古代医家阴虚燥热的理论,结合当代医家及现代药理学研究,笔者提出了火热内盛的病机理论,通过实验研究及临床疗效验证,大黄黄连泻心汤对糖尿病火热内盛证治疗具有可行性。大黄黄连泻心汤通过清热泻火、泄浊攻毒达到调节糖脂代谢紊乱、改善胰岛素分泌的作用,不仅能够改善临床症状,还能降低糖尿病并发症的发生率。然而对于经方大黄黄连泻心汤防治2型糖尿病火热内盛证的具体效果,还需要采用更严谨的科研设计方法,开展更多的临床研究,积累更多的循证医学证据,临床应用证实对糖尿病及其并发症具有一定的防治作用。Through the modern pharmacodynamics researching and clinical practicing,it is considered that the heat pathogenesis is link up the process of diabetes mellitus（ DM）,and the essence of heat is the disorders of glucolipid metabolism and the trauma of islet function. Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Tang has great advantages in heat purging and toxic removing and a strong effect aims at the heat,which reduces blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin level and lessens insulin complications. The clinical application proves that Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Tang has a certain effect in prevention and treatment of DM and the complications. But still need more rigorous scientific research and design methods,more clinical research and more evidence of evidence-based medicine in clinical.
