益气养阴活血法治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴活血法治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将106例符合入选标准的糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予西医常规疗法,对照组给予中医益气养阴活血法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能、血液流变学、血糖、血脂。结果:(1)两组治疗后肾功能各项指标均有所改善,观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组血液流变学各项指标改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后两组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖均有恢复,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖恢复程度比对照组更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)3个月后,观察组有效率(88.7%)明显高于对照组(73.6%)(P<0.05)。结论:利用益气养阴活血法为主辨证治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ、Ⅳ期临床疗效显著,可延缓疾病进展。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method treatment of Ⅲ,Ⅳ of diabetic nephropathy. Methods：106 cases of eligible patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy,and the control group was given TCM Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy renal function,blood rheology,blood glucose and blood lipids of two groups.Results： ①After treatment,renal function indexes of the two groups were improved,the observation group was greater than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. ②The improvement degree of the blood rheology indexes of the observation group was greater than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. ③After treatment,two groups of three total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein and fasting blood glucose were recovered,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; total cholesterol in the observation group,three triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and fasting blood glucose recovery degree greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; ④After 3 months,the effective rate of the observation group was 88. 7% significantly higher than that of the control group 73. 6%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method based on syndrome differentiation in treating diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ,Ⅳ has significant clinical curative effect,which can delay the progression of the disease,it has higher value in clinical application.
