黄芪含药血清对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导内皮细胞分泌Ⅰ型纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪含药血清对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导内皮细胞分泌Ⅰ型纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子(plasminogen activator inhibitor-typeⅠ,PAI-Ⅰ)的影响。方法:20只小鼠按照随机序号法分为单纯对照组,干预对照组,小剂量观察组和大剂量观察组,对照组灌胃采用生理盐水,观察组采用黄芪含药血清灌胃。比较4组内皮细胞分泌PAI-Ⅰ的情况。结果:单纯对照组的PAI-Ⅰ含量(172.36±8.42)μg·L^(-1),干预对照组的PAI-Ⅰ含量(171.56±7.96)μg·L^(-1),小剂量观察组的PAI-Ⅰ含量(142.52±7.21)μg·L^(-1),大剂量观察组的PAI-Ⅰ含量(120.43±6.32)μg·L^(-1)。大剂量观察组与小剂量观察组的PAI-Ⅰ含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大剂量观察组、小剂量观察组的PAI-Ⅰ含量与单纯对照组和干预对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪含药血清能够抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导内皮细胞分泌PAI-Ⅰ,在临床应用能够干预患者形成血栓。Objective： To observe the effect of astragalus containing medicine serum on angiotensin Ⅱ induced endothelial cells secretion plasminogen activator inhibitor-type Ⅰ（ PAI-Ⅰ）. Methods： 20 mice were randomly divided into the simple control group,intervention group,low dose group and high dose group for observation. The control group using saline gavage,and the observation group was treated with astragalus medicated serum by gavage. Compared the four groups of endothelial cells secretion PAI-Ⅰ. Results： The PAI-Ⅰ content of control group was（ 172. 36 ± 8. 42） μg·L^-1,and the intervention control group（ 171. 56 ± 7. 96）μg·L^-1,small dose of the observation group（ 142. 52 ± 7. 21） μg·L^-1,high dose group（ 120. 43 ± 6. 32） μg·L^-1. There was significant difference in the content of PAI-Ⅰ in the high dose group and small dose group（ P〈0. 05）. The PAI-Ⅰ content of the small dose and high dose group observation group had statistically significant difference compared with the simple control group and the intervention group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The astragalus serum containing can inhibit endothelial cells PAI-Ⅰ secretion induced by angiotensin Ⅱ and intervent in patients with thrombosis in clinical application.
