电针结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究电针结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取112例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与结合组,每组各56例,对照组接受单纯牵引治疗,结合组接受电针结合推拿治疗。比较两组治疗前后Mc Gill疼痛问卷(Mc Gill pain questionaire,MPQ)评分、颈部残障指数量表(neck disability index,NDI)评分、中医证候积分、SF-36健康量表评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,结合组和对照组的MPQ评分、NDI评分、田中靖久症状量化表评分、中医证候积分、SF-36健康量表评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后结合组和对照组的MPQ评分、NDI评分、中医证候积分均明显下降,而田中靖久症状量化表评分、SF-36健康量表评分均明显上升,和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,结合组的MPQ评分、NDI评分、中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,而田中靖久症状量化表评分、SF-36健康量表评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合组的临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用电针结合推拿的方法对神经根型颈椎病患者进行治疗,可显著减轻患者的疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with massage on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 112 cases of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. 56 cases in control group were given pure traction therapy,and 56 cases in combination group were given electroacupuncture and massage therapy. Compared scoring changes in McG ill pain questionnaire（ MPQ）,neck disability index（ NDI）,Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table,TCM syndrome and SF-36 health questionnaire and clinical efficacy. Results： Before treatment,when compared the scoring of MPQ,NDI,Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table,TCM syndrome and SF-36 health questionnaire in combination group and control group,difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）; compared with pretreatment,the scoring of MPQ,NDI and TCM syndrome in combination group and control group all obviously declined after treatment,and the scoring of Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table and SF-36 health questionnaire obviously increased,there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the scoring of MPQ,NPI and TCM syndrome in combination group was obviously lower than that of control group,and the scoring of Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table and SF-36 health questionnaire was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; when compared with control group,the clinical effective rate of combination group was significantly higher than that of control group,there was statistical signifi-cance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Applying electroacupuncture combined with massage for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly relieve patients＇ pains and improve therapeutic efficacy.
