摘　　要：他汀是临床上治疗高胆固醇血症的首选药物，近年来的研究证实，他汀除了降胆固醇外，还具有预防和治疗肿瘤的作用。有研究发现，他汀对多种肿瘤细胞有生长抑制作用。文章概括了他汀在促进细胞凋亡、诱导细胞分化、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖中的作用以及他汀与肿瘤的临床研究、进展等相关内容，展望他汀在肿瘤治疗中的前景。Statins are the drug of choice for hypercholesterolemia. Recent studies demonstrate that statins can prevent and treat malignant tumors besides cholesterol lowering effect. It was found that statins have inhibitory effects on the growth of cancer cells. Here, we summarize the role of st？atins in promoting cell apoptosis, inducing cell differentiation, inhibiting the growth of tumor angio？genesis and the proliferation of cancer cells, and review the clinical studies and advances concern？ing the relationship between statins and tumors. We also look at the advances of statins in cancer therapy and the prospects of statins for the treatment of tumors.
