摘 要:目的:探讨直接数字化X线摄影组织均衡技术在腰椎横突骨折中的应用价值。材料与方法:随机抽取2015年间我院经CT确诊为腰椎横突骨折30名患者,回顾性分析其直接数字化X线摄影腰椎正侧位和通过组织均衡技术处理腰椎正侧位,比较两种方法在横突骨折检出率上的差异。结果:30名患者中,通过直接数字化X线摄影腰椎正侧位检出横突骨折23名,漏检7名,检出率76.7%,漏检率23.3%;通过组织均衡技术处理腰椎正侧位检出横突骨折28名,漏检2名,检出率93.3%,漏检率6.7%。结论:组织均衡技术腰椎横突骨折检出率比直接数字化X线摄影检出率高。Purpose: Discussion direct digital X-ray photography Tissue Equalization Technique on lumbar transverse fracture.
