摘  要:目的:回顾性分析多层螺旋CT不同成像技术对儿童气管支气管异物的显示及其在诊断价值。材料与方法:对29例经支气管镜手术证实的病例分析其螺旋CT后处理图像的显示情况及诊断价值。结果:29例中,气管异物9例,左住支气管11例,右主支气管9例,合并不同程度的肺气肿16例,肺不张1例,炎症4例,纵隔积气1例。29例纤维支气管镜检查结果与CT诊断结果基本一致。结论:多层螺旋CT检查小儿气管异物为无创性检查,准确性高,其后处理技术能较好的显示异物的位置,大致形态及合并其它肺部征象,具有重要的临床意义。Purpose: The indication and diagnostic value of distinct multi-slice CT image technique for the tracheal and bronchus foreign body in children were examined. Materials and Methods: The indication condition and diagnostic value of spiral CT image post processing on 29 cases which has been identified by operation of tracheal and bronchus foreign body were analyzed. Results: Among the 29 cases, the foreign bodies located at trachea in 9 cases, left bronchia 11 cases, right bronchia 9 cases, compound distinct degree emphysema in 16 cases, atelectasis in 1 case, pneumonia in 4 cases, mediastinal emphysema in 1 case. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT examination provides noninvasive and sensitive technique in detec- ting bronchial foreign body. MSCT and its post processing techniques can accurately and intuitively display the trachea-bron- chial foreign body and complications, which has important value for clinical application.
