摘 要:目的比较尿中2,5-己二酮测定的固相微萃取-气相色谱法(SPME-GC)和溶剂萃取-气相色谱法(LLEGC)。方法尿样经酸水解后,分别采用固相微萃取和乙醚液液萃取,再用气相色谱法测定。并比较2种方法的精密度及加标回收率,且用2种方法分别对正己烷接触人员的尿样进行测定。结果 2种方法的精密度及准确度结果均符合测定规范要求;正己烷接触人员尿样测定结果经t检验,2种方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定尿中2,5-己二酮简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于尿中2,5-己二酮的测定。Objective To compare the methods of solid- phase micro- extraction- gas chromatography( SPME- GC) and liquid liquid extraction- gas chromatography( LLE- GC) for the determination of 2,5- hexanedione in urine. Methods After acidic hydrolysis,the analyze in urine was extracted with SPME and ether LLE respectively,and then assayed by GC. The precision and recovery of the methods were compared. The two methods were applied to the determination of analytical 2,5- hexanedione in urine samples from the persons exposed to n- hexane. Results The precision and accuracy of the two methods meet the requirements for analytical methods. The detection results of urine samples from persons exposed in N- hexane,and there is no statistical significance on the difference between the two methods( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion The SPME- GC method for the determination of 2,5- hexanedione in urine is simple,rapid,sensitive,and it is suitable for the determination of 2,5- hexanedione in urine.
